THE ROLE

This position puts you at the front of the customer experience. You will connect with homeowners, identify potential project opportunities, and introduce them to NTY and the services we provide. You will have training and hands-on support as you learn the role. The goal is to give you the tools and confidence to become effective in the field while creating a clear opportunity to advance as you develop.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Your work will focus on creating new opportunities and starting conversations with homeowners.

You will:

Meet homeowners in local communities and introduce them to NTY Identify potential projects and generate new leads Explain our services clearly and professionally Follow an established sales process and work toward weekly and monthly goals Build your communication and customer engagement skills through real-world experience Every conversation is an opportunity to learn something new, improve your approach, and contribute to the growth of the business.
