See recruiter for eligibility details.] Job Summary The Training Specialist 3 functions as a Senior Instructional Designer, responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing complex training curricula, participant guides, job aids, and assessments. This role works closely with internal clients and subject matter experts to determine program and learning objectives, and may lead a team of instructional designers. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, and develop new training curricula, participant guides, job aids, and assessments that are complex in nature. May conduct job task analysis and Train the Trainer sessions. Work with internal clients and subject matter experts to determine program and learning objectives. Will design and develop learning assets and/or lead a team of instructional designers. May work as part of a larger project team and work with multiple stakeholders. Will develop training design documents. Required Skills Must possess analytical and project management skills and have great attention to detail. Must have a working proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and e-learning software including Articulate . Preferred Skills Prefer candidate with experience developing digital learning experiences and virtual training and/or maintaining complex technical curricula. Education Requirements Associate's Degree required. Required Experience Minimum 5 years of experience.
