We have two paths available. Farmers Insurance District 41 is growing throughout the Los Angeles/Pasadena area , and we're looking for motivated, sales-driven individuals to join our agencies. Whether you're looking to build a successful career as an Agency Producer or have the long-term goal of becoming an Agency Owner through our Protégé Program , we want to talk with you. No insurance experience? That's okay. We're looking for motivated people with the right attitude, work ethic and desire to succeed. Training and support are provided.

TWO CAREER PATHS AGENCY PRODUCER

Join an established Farmers agency and build your career in insurance sales. You'll work directly with customers, generate new business, develop relationships and help grow the agency. This can be a great fit for someone who enjoys sales and earning based on performance but isn't necessarily looking to own an agency. PROTÉGÉ PROGRAM Interested in eventually running your own business? The Farmers Protégé Program provides hands-on experience and development designed to help qualified candidates build the skills necessary to potentially pursue Farmers agency ownership . You'll gain experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, retention and agency operations while receiving coaching and mentorship. Who we're looking for Competitive, motivated and goal-oriented Strong communication and people skills Comfortable in a sales environment Coachable and willing to learn Interested in building a long-term career Previous sales experience is a plus, but insurance experience is not required Which path is right for you?

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
