Certified Occupancy Specialist (Leasing Specialist) Westminster Communities of Florida - 3.8 DeLand, FL Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations Bachelor's degree Housing application processing Full Job Description College Arms Towers, an affordable housing community for seniors, is seeking an experienced Occupancy Specialist (COS) for its senior living apartment high rise located in Deland, FL. This position requires knowledge of certifying and recertifying applicants or households and auditing resident files for compliance with HUD. Candidates must be reliable, detail oriented, organized, and are required to work at a fast pace. This position is is full time, Monday through Friday. Bachelors degree required. Certified Occupancy Specialist Certification preferred. Otherwise, selected candidate will attend company paid training and must pass COS exam within 6 months of hire.
