Build the program that helps business partners succeed Staffing with Bliss is recruiting a Channel Enablement Manager for a growing organization serving the commercial HVAC market. This is an opportunity for an experienced program builder to create and own the partner training experience from the ground up. Your customers will be outside representatives and sales partners as well as contractors. You will design the onboarding, training, certification, tools, and follow-up that help them represent the products confidently, operate more independently, and provide a stronger customer experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build the strategy, create the content, deliver the training, measure results, and keep improving the program after launch. What you will own Design the complete partner journey from onboarding through training, certification, activation, and ongoing development. Build repeatable training and certification programs for different partner roles and experience levels. Create practical learning content, presentations, assessments, playbooks, communication tools, and supporting resources. Personally facilitate training in virtual, classroom, office, and field settings. Equip Account Managers with playbooks, talk tracks, tools, and training for partner-development conversations. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Support, and internal subject-matter experts. Track activation, training completion, quote activity, repeat orders, tool adoption, and partner health. Use data and partner feedback to continuously improve the program and customer experience. What will make you successful Five or more years of customer-facing experience across partner or channel development, sales enablement, training program management, account management, franchise support, or a comparable B2B environment. Documented success building a partner, dealer, distributor, franchisee, customer, or sales training program from the ground up. Experience owning the complete program lifecycle, including design, content development, facilitation, rollout, measurement, and continuous improvement. Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to make complex information practical and easy to apply. Strong relationship-building and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience using CRM data, preferably Salesforce, to understand engagement and program effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience. Relevant backgrounds HVAC experience is helpful, but it is not required. Strong candidates may come from B2B manufacturing, dealer or distributor networks, franchise systems, technical products, equipment sales, field services, or other environments where independent partners must be trained to represent a brand and serve customers consistently. This role may be a strong fit if You are energized by creating structure where a program is still developing. You enjoy balancing strategy with hands-on content creation and training delivery. You take ownership beyond launch and naturally look for ways to improve adoption and results.
