2997291135-2 Apply for this job now Job Description UF Health is seeking an EMR Training Specialist I to support clinicians and staff in effectively using our electronic medical record system. In this role, you will deliver group and one-on-one training, develop clear training materials, and provide go-live and ongoing support to end users. You will collaborate with clinical and IT teams to understand workflows, troubleshoot basic system issues, and help optimize documentation practices. Responsibilities Deliver group and one-on-one EMR training to clinicians and staff Develop and update training materials, job aids, and e-learning content Provide at-the-elbow support during go-live and system updates Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to understand workflows and system use Assist users with basic EMR troubleshooting and navigation issues Reinforce documentation standards, data quality, and privacy practices Collect feedback to improve training content and delivery methods Maintain training records in the learning management system (LMS) Required Skills Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems End-user training and facilitation Curriculum and training material development Clinical workflow understanding Learning management systems (LMS) Data entry and documentation standards Troubleshooting and basic EMR configuration MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) HIPAA and patient privacy compliance Communication and presentation skills
