Full Job Description The Corporate Management Team plays a crucial role in growing and improving the organization and our brand. The main purpose of this position is to retrain employees at current Grain & Berry restaurants, train new franchisees and assist with opening new Grain & Berry restaurants nationwide, support current franchisees with the operations of their franchise locations, and support corporate owned restaurants. This position also assists corporate management with digital and video training tools, developing new restaurant processes to improve operations, restaurant operating reviews, and various other management duties. In this position, you will travel for 2-3 weeks at a time for new restaurant openings and you will typically be given at least 1 month advance notice about upcoming trips. You will travel both individually and with a team to open new locations or retrain staff or managers at existing locations. This requires excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills. You will work out of corporate Grain & Berry restaurants, franchise Grain & Berry locations, and/or the corporate office in Tampa, FL.

Requirements:

Ability to travel up to 3 weeks at a time 5+ years of restaurant experience 1 year of restaurant management College degree is a plus, but not required Training experience is a plus Outgoing, friendly personality Strong written and verbal communication skills

Training:

Training lasts approximately 2-3 months and includes department observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor. You will learn all facets of the Grain & Berry company.

Compensation:

Starting pay will be $50k/yr salary.
