We'll help you learn: How the life insurance industry works How to communicate confidently with clients How to understand client needs How to present appropriate insurance solutions How to follow a structured sales process How to develop the habits required to perform consistently If you're not currently licensed, we'll also help guide you through the process of obtaining the required insurance license. We'll provide the roadmap. You have to do the work. What You'll Do Once licensed, you'll work with individuals and families to help them understand their life insurance options and protect the people who depend on them. You'll receive hands-on training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship as you develop.

Your responsibilities will include:

Speaking with prospective clients Understanding their insurance needs Helping clients evaluate appropriate coverage options Following up with prospective and existing clients Learning and applying our sales process Tracking your activity and performance Participating in ongoing training and development Prior insurance or sales experience is not required. Income & Opportunity This is a commission-based position , not an hourly or salaried role. There is no cap on earnings. Many new agents who consistently apply the training earn $5,000-$15,000+ per month. Top performers may earn $20,000-$40,000+ per month. Results vary, and income is not guaranteed. Your income is determined by your production, consistency, and performance—not how long you've worked here. For some people, that's intimidating. For the right person, that's the opportunity.
