Burn Boot Camp Babcock Ranch is seeking an energetic, experienced, and motivated Lead Trainer to help launch and lead our new fitness community! As Lead Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, high-energy group fitness camps while building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing training team. You'll oversee trainer development, scheduling, coaching standards, and accountability to ensure every member receives a safe, challenging, and motivating workout experience. Working closely with our Operations Manager and ownership team, you'll play a key role in establishing a positive, supportive culture, building meaningful member relationships, and delivering the exceptional fitness experience Burn Boot Camp is known for. We're looking for a certified fitness professional with strong coaching skills, leadership potential, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. This is a full-time opportunity to help build something special from the ground up in Babcock Ranch, Florida.
