Full Job Description Program Name :

Operations Location(s) this population will serve : All New Horizons Behavioral Health staff.

Days & Time :

This position will work 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday. Most programs work from 8am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunchbreak.

Pay :

$42,000 - $48,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will: Manage the Relias Learning training system. Assign employees to scheduled trainings agency-wide. Communicate with employees virtually and in person. Conduct assigned training classes. Ensure ALL employees are current with their trainings and/or certifications. Complete other duties that may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have an Associate's degree, preferably in Business. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must have excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :
