Develops and delivers plant-specific nuclear operations training for Reactor Operators and Non-Licensed Operators. Maintains training programs using operating experience, regulatory updates, procedure changes, and training effectiveness results. Evaluates trainees across classroom, laboratory, on-the-job, and simulator settings and supports audits, outages, emergency preparedness, and special projects. Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct performance-based Reactor Operator and Non-Licensed Operator training. Analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and update plant-specific operations training programs. Keep training materials current with operating experience, regulatory notices, design changes, and procedure revisions. Prepare examinations, evaluate trainees in classroom, laboratory, on-the-job, and simulator environments, and provide counseling. Recommend and develop individualized training programs based on trainee evaluations. Support audits, business initiatives, project management, refueling outages, emergency preparedness, and special projects.
