Growing demand for AIM HR Solutions' consulting and training services has created a need to expand our team of experienced professionals across Massachusetts. Training & Facilitation Deliver AIM HR Solutions' training programs to employers and employees in both in-person and virtual settings. Training topics may include human resources, HR compliance, management and supervisory skills, front-line leadership, employee relations, customer service, and other workplace topics. The successful candidate will be an experienced adult-learning facilitator who: Creates an engaging and interactive learning environment Effectively facilitates both virtual and in-person programs Connects training concepts to practical workplace situations Uses activities, discussion, and case studies to reinforce learning Brings relevant examples and lessons learned from their own HR and business experience Adapts their facilitation style to different audiences, industries, and experience levels HR Consulting and Fractional Support Provide hands-on HR support to a diverse range of employers, serving as an extension of their internal team. Assignments may vary based on client needs and may include: Recruiting and talent acquisition support New employee onboarding and offboarding Employee relations and performance management Leave of absence administration and support Benefits administration and employee questions HR policies, procedures, and compliance Coaching and guidance for supervisors and managers Other day-to-day HR projects and priorities Successful candidates will be comfortable stepping into different organizations and quickly assessing needs, building relationships, and providing practical HR support and guidance. They should have broad HR knowledge and the judgment and confidence to work independently while drawing on the expertise of the broader AIM HR Solutions team. The Ideal Candidate The strongest candidates will bring both broad, hands-on HR experience and demonstrated training/facilitation capabilities. They will enjoy variety, be comfortable moving between client consulting and classroom facilitation, and have the flexibility to take on assignments based on client and training needs. This position is particularly well suited for an experienced HR professional who wants to continue making an impact while working a flexible, variable schedule. Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum of eight to ten years in broad-based HR management and training roles in more than one industry sector. Ideal candidates have been the HR Director or Learning and Development Manager at prior organizations. Schedule flexibility to prepare for and facilitate programs and services to serve a particular client's needs. Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills. Spanish fluency helpful for some engagements. Ability to create content for training programs. Deliver comprehensive HR consulting services to multiple clients, including fractional HR. Provide expert advice on HR strategy and best practices across industries. Stay current with federal and Massachusetts employment laws, HR technology, and workforce trends. Passion for developing others and bringing out their best to strengthen the business. Adaptable mindset, as scheduling may occasionally shift resulting in work needing to be completed in non-traditional work hours Strong, credible business acumen within several industries. Computer literacy using Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint. Experience conducting training sessions utilizing Zoom platform, including knowledge of breakout sessions, polls, etc.

Additional competencies include:

A high level of demonstrated technical competence accompanied by professionalism, intellect, confidence and credibility The ability to investigate, analyze, review and report observations, findings and data in compelling language, and in both verbal and written formats. Experience in instructional design and course development helpful.
