YOUR ROLE
You'll help create new business opportunities by connecting with homeowners in assigned territories. Through professional conversations, you'll introduce roofing and storm restoration services, identify potential customer needs, and schedule qualified appointments for the closing team. Your workday includes morning training, field outreach, and opportunities to apply what you've learned. You'll receive guidance on how to communicate effectively, handle conversations with confidence, and improve through practice. Previous sales experience isn't necessary, but a willingness to learn and work toward goals is essential.
EARNINGS AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT
First-year representatives who perform strongly can earn approximately $80,000 to $120,000+, with experienced top performers reaching $150,000 to $200,000+ annually. The compensation structure includes base pay, performance-based bonuses, and uncapped commission. Actual earnings vary according to individual performance and production. As you gain experience and demonstrate consistent results, you may have opportunities to progress into closing roles and leadership positions. Advancement depends on performance and business needs.
TRAINING AND SUPPORT
You'll receive structured onboarding, daily training, field coaching, and ongoing feedback to help you build confidence and improve your results.
