About this Position Our ideal candidate has established connections with general contractors, construction managers, developers, federal sector purchasing agents, construction managers and other key decision-makers throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Greater New England. Role:

Strong work ethic and industry knowledge. Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships with general contractors, construction managers, developers, owners, and construction decision-makers. Demonstrated experience in business development & sales within the construction industry. Strong understanding of the construction industry, including project development, bidding, and subcontractor procurement. Ability to understand construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify upcoming construction, renovation, demolition, and environmental remediation project opportunities. Attend networking events. Collaborate with estimating, operations, and management teams on project pricing, bid strategy, and proposal development. Follow up on submitted proposals, negotiate opportunities, and help convert bids into awarded projects. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Other Qualifications that will set you apart: Proven established relationships with general contractors, construction managers, developers, and construction decision-makers in Maine, New Hampshire, and/or Greater New England.
