WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You will work directly with homeowners, create new opportunities, and help customers understand their roofing and exterior needs. This is professional sales where you will: Prospect assigned territories and neighborhoods to generate opportunities Meet with homeowners and identify roofing or exterior needs Educate customers and present solutions that fit their situation Follow up consistently and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Rookie Range:

$75,000

• 240,000 annually based on performance

Good Experienced Reps:

$200,000

• 250,000 annually

Great Experienced Reps:

$400,000

• 500,000+ annually

Leadership Path:

Sales Rep → Field Trainer / Sales Leader → Sales Manager → Director → VP Sales Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Top performers regularly exceed these ranges. Effort drives results.
