• Digital Training Specialist - Short Term Assignment
• The Digital Training Specialist will play a crucial role in helping our team conduct live digital training sessions, build engaging training content, and ensure that participants gain a thorough understanding of digital tools in agriculture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, training/teaching, content creation, or digital tools. This is a nine-month assignment, target dates are September 1, 2026 through June 1, 2027. Expected time commitment is 20 hours a week/50% of the prospective candidate's weekly time commitment.

• YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The primary responsibilities of this role are to: + Assist in the development and delivery of digital training initiatives for FieldView and related digital programs.

+ Create and curate training content, including presentations, training guides, and online resources. + Conduct live training sessions for internal teams and external audience, both virtually and in-person. + Gather feedback from training participants to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods. + Connect with appropriate stakeholders for updates and improvements on FieldView, digital programs, and other digital initiatives.

• WHO YOU ARE

• Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in Education, Agriculture, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + Proven experience in teaching, training, or instructional design. + Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in agriculture, particularly FieldView. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
