Responsibilities Assist customers with AT&T wireless products, services, and account options Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product and service information Explain current wireless features, promotions, and service options Support new customer acquisitions and account enrollments Provide a positive and professional customer experience Build and maintain strong customer relationships Stay informed on current products, services, and promotions Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and coachable attitude Reliable and dependable Comfortable working directly with customers Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Goal-oriented and able to take initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in professional development and career advancement Previous experience is not required Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply .
