Job description Youth Development Professionals typically start at $12 an hour and typically work Monday through Friday between 1:30 PM and 6:00 PM, with some longer days during school holidays. This position has the ability to have up to 40 hours in the summer. This position is located in an apartment complex within Great Falls Housing Authority.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating activities in a program area (Education, Technology, Sports & Fitness, Arts & Crafts, Social Recreation, and Healthy Lifestyles) and during field trips Provide guidance, role modeling, and positive discipline techniques to Club members Monitor program areas to ensure Club member safety We would love to see that you have: Experience in working with children Knowledge of youth development Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment CPR and First Aid Certifications •Must have a high school diploma or GED•Must be able to pass a background check•
