Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for fun, safety-minded people to make our kids' after-school experience awesome! At The Cindy Platt Boys & Girls Club of Transylvania County, your workday might include teaching a child how to shoot a basketball, helping with homework, leading a science experiment, playing a board game, cheering someone on who finally mastered a new skill, or simply being the trusted adult who listens after a hard day at school. We're looking for energetic, dependable adults to join our Afterschool Youth Development Team and help create a place where every child feels safe, supported, challenged, and inspired. If you believe every kid deserves someone who shows up, encourages them, and helps them grow, we'd love to meet you.

Pay:
