Duties Greet clients and participants warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Assist with scheduling and organizing basketball training session for pre-K, grade school middle school and high school athletes Provide basic basketball coaching, focusing on fundamental skills such as footwork dribbling, passing, finishing, shooting, and teamwork Maintain a safe environment by enforcing behavior management policies and supervising participants during activities Handle client inquiries professionally via phone or in person, providing information about programs and schedules Support facility cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors Requirements Prior experience working with children in sports or recreational settings is highly preferred High preference for former female or male collegiate player with basketball coaching techniques and sports-specific training instruction Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, parents, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively and maintain an engaging environment for diverse age groups Previous experience working in health clubs or gym environments is advantageous Join us to inspire young athletes while honing your coaching skills!
