CCLC School Sites:
Lydia Rippey, McCoy, Park Ave, Mosaic Charter in Aztec Mesa Alta in Bloomfield) A 21st CCLC Youth Developmental Professional, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students can learn, grow, and have fun outside of regular school hours. You will plan and lead educational and recreational activities, build positive relationships with students and families, and work collaboratively with fellow staff to promote academic, social, and emotional development.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during all program activities. Plan and facilitate engaging activities in areas such as art, ScienceTechnology Recreation Engineering Art and Math (STREAM), recreation, homework assistance as needed, and enrichment. Manage and redirect student behavior using positive behavior management techniques and program policies. Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff through effective communication and teamwork. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom or activity space. Support the organization's mission by serving as a positive role model and encouraging student growth, confidence, and leadership.
Qualification:
Passion for working with our community youth in a positive learning environment. Ability to lead engaging educational and recreational activities. Must be 18yrs or older High School Diploma or Equivalent, Valid Driver License Background check and Drug screen
