We're seeking a motivated Career Services professional to support job seekers through engaging workshops, one-on-one coaching, and job readiness training. This role involves conducting initial assessments, helping customers identify goals and next steps, coordinating and delivering career workshops, and supporting resume development and job search activities. You'll manage workshop scheduling and communications, assist with ITA paperwork, collaborate with business services staff, and stay current on workforce trends and WIOA policies. This is a full-time, in-person, Monday-Friday position with excellent benefits and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Dutchess County.
