$55,000 base pay+ 2% commission OR 10% commission with intake bonuses $50 EACH. Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses are an addition.

What You'll Do:

Must have reliable transportation of their own. Candidates MUST have the ability to climb roofs. Door-to-door canvassing Perform roof inspections and provide professional recommendations. Assist customers in navigating the homeowner's insurance claims process to ensure their roof damage is properly evaluated and covered. Drive sales and meet individual and team goals. Meet insurance adjusters on the homeowner's property. Be held accountable with monthly goals, and minimums.

What We're Looking For:

Self-motivated and results-driven individuals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Positive attitude while possessing strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Be able to work in a team environment. Must be organized with good time management skills.
