Job Description We're looking for an outgoing Customer Development Specialist to connect with homeowners and introduce them to covered patio options. This role involves starting conversations, learning about customers outdoor living needs, generating interest, and setting appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities Start conversations with potential customers and learn about their outdoor living plans Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments Follow up with leads and scheduled appointments Communicate product information clearly and professionally Work with the team to meet goals and generate new business Qualifications Entry Level Sales Strong communication and people skills Positive, confident, and energetic personality Competitive mindset with a desire to meet goals Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn Comfortable approaching homeowners and starting conversations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel occasionally with the team Pay & Incentives Uncapped commission Bonus opportunities Incentive plan with earning potential based on performance
