As the Development Coordinator , you will: be the primary liaison to the development community in terms of the commercial development process and processing permits, calculating all associated development fees, and monitoring project timelines. Schedules and attends development meetings with external customers and internal departments and provides follow-up directions. Communicates proactively with project representatives to help guide them through the City's development process, including pre-development, plan review and permitting, construction, and close-out.
