RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Management Work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule that overlaps with the General Manager Tuesday through Friday Lead and support the front desk and BOH team, overseeing our Shift Leads Help hire, onboard, and train new team members and coach staff on Dogtopia standards Take on delegated management duties, such as scheduling, from the General Manager Step in to perform any core store function as needed and keep the store neat and organized Customer Service & Sales Be a visible, friendly presence in the front of house and build relationships with pet parents Oversee and support our front desk sales efforts, helping convert leads and tours into memberships Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving pet parent concerns promptly and professionally Strive for high customer review ratings and hold the team accountable to customer service standards Financial & Administrative Help maintain controllable expenses within budget, including tracking and ordering supplies Develop team in up-selling and using dog evaluations to grow revenue

REQUIREMENTS

A desire to grow into a General Manager role Proven work experience in management and customer service, with demonstrated leadership potential Strong sales and customer service skills and a desire to sell A love of dogs and a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to lead, train, and motivate others, with strong organizational skills and openness to feedback Availability to work Tuesday through
