From morning drop-off to the last pickup, you keep dogs safe and engaged during play, take care of our boarding guests, and keep the facility clean and guest-ready. You're also a friendly face and voice for our pet parents, whether that's greeting a family at the door or answering the phone from the middle of the play yard. This is an active, hands-on job. If you'd rather spend your day on your feet with a pack of dogs than behind a desk, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Supervise dogs during group play, reading body language and stepping in early to keep play safe and positive Move dogs between daycare, boarding, and grooming throughout the day Care for boarding guests: fresh water in kennels at all times, midday walks, feeding, and kennel setup Keep the park, kennels, lobby, and equipment clean and sanitized throughout the day, including end-of-shift cleaning and floor care Answer the store phone, help callers book daycare, boarding, and grooming, and share info on our packages and memberships Greet pet parents, answer their questions, and handle concerns with patience and professionalism Complete daily report cards so every pet parent knows how their pup's day went Follow our checklists and safety procedures and work closely with the Park Manager and team What We're Looking For A genuine love for dogs, including the loud, muddy, and wiggly ones

Reliability:
