The ideal candidate is passionate about pet grooming, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing high-quality grooming services while treating every pet with patience, care, and respect.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional pet grooming experience. Strong scissoring skills and extensive experience with professional scissor finishing. Excellent ability to create clean, balanced, and polished finishes using scissors. Strong knowledge of professional grooming techniques and equipment. Experience grooming a variety of breeds, sizes, coat types, and temperaments. Ability to perform professional haircuts, breed-standard and customized styles, bathing, drying, brushing, and finishing. Ability to safely and confidently handle dogs with different personalities and needs. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work. Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work well independently and as part of a team. English required. Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese strongly preferred. Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional grooming services from start to finish. Consult with pet parents to understand their grooming preferences and provide excellent customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming environment. Properly maintain and care for grooming tools and equipment. Follow proper safety and handling procedures at all times. Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality grooming standards. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented salon environment.
