Want to make some extra money while hanging out with critters and getting exercise? Looking for a flexible schedule? Whiskers While You Work is looking for part time pet sitters and dog walkers to add to our team! We service Farmington, Avon, Bloomfield and West Hartford and are looking for applicants local to these areas. The main area is covered by this part-time position are Farmington and Avon. Some work may be required in Bloomfield in West Hartford. This is a commission position with a starting pay rate of 60% of completed services and will NOT work for someone who has to drive from further towns to get to a dog walking/pet sitting appointment.

Applicants must:

Love pets of all types and provide peace of mind for their people Be able to walk for a minimum of 30 minutes while controlling dogs of all sizes in a safe manner Pass a background check Have reliable independent transportation Be able to communicate clearly in writing Have personal and/or professional experience caring for animals This position is part time to start with the potential to grow as the applicant is fully trained and new customer requests come in.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
