Cat Caretaker - Day Shift (8-3) Night Shift (5pm-9pm) Weekends Needed Faithful Friends Animal Society The Cat Caretaker positions are part-time/full-time minimum wage positions. It's a physical job that requires someone who is reliable and can work in a fast-paced, caring environment. The Cat Caretakers ensure that the cats receive the excellent standards of care that Faithful Friends Animal Society expects and provides.

• 20-30 hours/week (4-5 hour shifts) Monday through Sunday
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts, including holidays
• Cattery experience a plus
• Mature, professional, reliable and punctual (arriving on time and for all assigned shifts is a must)
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as a team
• Able to follow instructions and cleaning protocol
• Respectful of all cat and dog breeds
• Responsibilities include:
• Cleaning and washing cages and common cat living areas
• Scooping and washing litter boxes and scoops
• Cleaning cat trees and cat towers
• Feeding and providing fresh water
• Washing food and water bowls
• Providing fresh bedding and assisting with laundry
• Observing cats for possible medical issues
• Monitoring eating habits
• Completing observation sheets
• Washing carriers
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older to apply

• In general, we are looking for employees with open availability, but sometimes employ for specific shifts if needed.
