Independent Contract Pet Sitter - $25+ Per Visit Amy's Holistic Pet Care is expanding into new service areas, and we're looking for reliable, compassionate pet sitters to join our team as independent contractors. We're currently seeking sitters in or near: Davenport, FL You do not need to service every area. We aim to match sitters with clients close to where they live whenever possible. About the Opportunity This is a 1099 independent contractor position that's ideal for someone looking for flexible, supplemental income while doing something they genuinely enjoy. Pay starts at $25 per completed visit and varies depending on the type and location of the booking. We are actively building our clientele in these areas, so bookings will be limited at first and hours are not guaranteed. As our client base grows, there will be opportunities to take on more bookings. Contractors may accept or decline bookings based on their availability. What You'll Do Most services take place in our clients' homes and may include: 30-minute pet sitting visits Dog walking and potty breaks Feeding and providing fresh water Playtime, enrichment and companionship Cat and small-animal care Administering basic medications when needed Sending photos and a brief update after each visit Keeping pet areas tidy and clients' homes secure Optional Overnight Boarding Contractors may also have the opportunity to provide overnight boarding in their own home if their home and circumstances are appropriate for boarding. For boarding reservations booked through Amy's Holistic Pet Care, the sitter receives 80% of the booking total. Appropriate pet-care liability/boarding insurance and additional requirements will apply before offering this service. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are at least 18 years old Genuinely love and understand animals Are dependable, trustworthy and punctual Have reliable transportation Are comfortable working independently Are confident handling dogs and cats of different sizes and personalities Communicate well and follow detailed care instructions Are comfortable entering clients' homes Can provide timely photos and updates Have some availability mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays Previous professional pet-care or veterinary experience is a plus, but isn't required. Reliability, good judgment and genuine care for animals are most important. Important to Know This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional full-time or part-time employee position. There are no guaranteed hours or minimum number of bookings. This position is best suited for someone looking for extra income who has flexibility to take pet-care assignments as they become available.

Compensation:
