$325-$375 daily (30% commission) + 100% of tips Join Navarre's Top Luxury Mobile Grooming Team Woody's Wag N Wash is hiring an experienced dog groomer / pet groomer to deliver cage-free, stress-free, one-on-one grooming in our fully equipped mobile grooming van. This is a part-time role to start, with a clear path to full-time as our schedule fills. If you're a professional dog groomer who wants to escape the assembly-line shop grind and groom one dog at a time, this is the role for you. We are a luxury mobile dog grooming company serving Navarre, Navarre Beach, and Gulf Breeze, Florida. We're booked out 4-5+ weeks and growing fast — the right groomer can grow their days with us as demand increases.
Responsibilities Perform full-service dog grooming:
bathing, haircuts, nail clipping and grinding, ear cleaning, hand drying, brushing, de-shedding, teeth cleaning, blueberry facials, and anal gland expression Groom one dog at a time in a private, cage-free mobile van Handle a variety of breeds and coat types, including doodles, double-coated, and white-coated dogs Work calmly and patiently with anxious, reactive, and senior dogs Deliver polished, breed-standard grooms and excellent customer service at clients' homes Qualifications Previous dog grooming (minimum 2 yrs) experience required (shop, mobile, or salon) Skilled in breed cuts, doodle grooming, and de-shedding double coats Patience and confidence handling anxious, senior, and reactive dogs Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Availability to start part-time with flexibility to grow into full-time hours Benefits & Pay $325-$375 daily based on 30% commission on all grooms Keep 100% of your tips Part-time schedule with a clear path to full-time as our client base grows Fully equipped grooming van provided — no startup costs or overhead One-on-one grooming — no kennels, no double-booking, no rush Supportive team with growth into lead groomer roles as we expand If you're a passionate dog groomer or mobile pet groomer ready to do grooming the right way, apply today and join the Woody's Wag N Wash pack.
