Join the Crew at Anchors Away Mobile Pet Spa! Are you a passionate pet groomer with a love for quality, compassion, and creativity? Anchors Away Mobile Pet Spa is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Pet Stylist to join our trusted, tight-knit team!
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience Strong scissoring and breed-standard skills Excellent handling and communication with both pets and people Clean driving record (you'll be captaining our fully equipped mobile grooming van) Must pass a background check and drug screeningPay Structure:
Commission-based pay with competitive rates: Start at 35% and after 6months up for a raise to 40%. Tips are 100% yours Flexible schedule options available Why Anchors Away? We're not just a grooming service—we're a luxury mobile spa experience Supportive leadership, clear boundaries, and a culture of respect Loyal clientele who value quality and trust Opportunities for growth and creative expression Duties Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, clipping, and styling to meet each pet's specific needs and owner preferences Handle animals with care and confidence, utilizing proper restraint techniques to ensure safety for both pets and staff Assess each pet's coat condition, skin health, and temperament to determine appropriate grooming procedures Maintain a clean and sanitary grooming area by sanitizing tools, tubs, and workstations regularly Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming requests, provide advice on pet hygiene, and address any concerns Manage heavy lifting of equipment or pets safely while adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews Keep detailed records of grooming services performed and any special instructions for future reference If you're ready to set sail with a company that values integrity, artistry, and animal well-being, we'd love to hear from you! by sending your resume, portfolio (if available), and a brief intro to anchorsawaypetspa@gmail.comJob Type:
