We are seeking a reliable, experienced Pet Groomer to provide safe, high-quality grooming services while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities include:

Perform full grooms, baths, deshedding, nail trims, and other grooming services. Safely and compassionately handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments. Communicate with clients regarding grooming requests, coat condition, behavior, and concerns. Maintain accurate grooming notes. Keep grooming stations, tools, kennels, and salon areas clean and sanitary. Assist with walk-in services, phones, laundry, cleaning, and other salon duties as needed. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Follow company policies, procedures, scheduling expectations, and management direction. Maintain reliable attendance and professional communication with clients, coworkers, and management.

Candidates must:

Perform high quality professional grooms Be able to lift at least 50 pounds when needed Be comfortable working with dogs of all breeds, coat types, and sizes Enjoy working in a team oriented and supportive environment where the goal is to raise the bar of pet care every day Be available to work on

Saturdays Qualifications:

Professional grooming experience preferred. Must have strong animal-handling, customer-service, time-management, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $20+ per hour , plus weekly bonuses and tips . Benefits include weekly pay, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
