If you're passionate about grooming, have excellent scissoring and finishing skills, and enjoy building lasting relationships with pets and their owners, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Perform complete grooming services, including bathing, blow drying, brushing, de-shedding, haircuts, breed-specific trims, hand scissoring, sanitary trims, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and finishing touches. Groom dogs safely while maintaining a low-stress, positive experience. Communicate with pet parents to understand their grooming preferences and recommend appropriate coat care. Monitor pets for skin, coat, or health concerns and report findings when necessary. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized grooming station. Provide exceptional customer service and represent Cece's Grooming Spa professionally. Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality grooming standards. Qualifications Professional grooming experience preferred. Ability to groom a variety of breeds and coat types independently. Strong scissoring and finishing skills. Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Excellent time management and communication skills. Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
