We have built our reputation on providing exceptional care for dogs in our boarding and doggie daycare programs, and due to growing demand from our loyal clients, we are excited to launch our grooming services for the first time! We're looking for an experienced Professional Dog Groomer who is ready to grow with us. This is a unique opportunity for a groomer with an existing clientele who is looking for a long-term home with the flexibility to build their business while becoming part of an established, trusted company. What We Offer Your own dedicated grooming space/building for brushing, haircuts, and blow dries. A separate entrance exclusively for your grooming clients. During the initial setup, you'll share a bathing area with our boarding and daycare team while we work together to design your ideal grooming space. Flexible scheduling with the freedom to manage your own appointments. The opportunity to grow your clientele through referrals from our established boarding and daycare customers who have been requesting grooming services. The chance to help shape and grow our new grooming department from the ground up.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has a minimum of 1 year of professional grooming experience . Has an existing client base. Is passionate about providing high-quality grooms and exceptional customer service. Has strong knowledge of breed-specific grooming styles and coat care. Handles pets safely, confidently, and compassionately. Can recognize signs of stress or discomfort in pets and prioritize their well-being. Communicates professionally with pet owners to understand and meet their grooming preferences. Is reliable, organized, and motivated to build a successful grooming business. Responsibilities Schedule grooming appointments. Collect payments from clients. Perform bathing, brushing, blow drying, haircuts, nail trims, and other grooming services according to client requests and breed standards. Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet throughout the grooming process. Maintain a clean, organized grooming area and clean up at the end of each workday. Communicate with pet owners regarding grooming preferences and recommendations. Report any health or behavioral concerns observed during grooming to management. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
