Full Job Description Location:

Augusta, GA (Onsite)

Pay Rate:

$20.00/hr on W2 Key Responsibilities Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, both virtual and face-to-face, for new hires and existing employees. Document, maintain, and publish training performance reports in a timely manner. Drive training completion for compliance and developmental learning programs. Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge, skill, and behavioral gaps. Evaluate learner performance through assessments, observations, and other available tools, and provide recommendations under the guidance of Training Leadership. Collaborate with client stakeholders and quality teams to align process updates and training requirements. Design, develop, and implement training materials, including: Presentations Manuals and Tests and quizzes Scripts E-learning modules Role-play exercises Audio and video content Create learning assessments, scenarios, simulations, and measurement tools to evaluate training effectiveness. Maintain and update learning content libraries and reusable training assets. Successfully complete Coforge Trainer Certification and any client-required certification programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 CEFR proficiency). Minimum 2 years of experience in a training, coaching, or learning delivery environment. Experience facilitating training for both onsite and virtual teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Experience using virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex . Preferred Qualifications Insurance industry experience is a plus. Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and content development tools. Training content development and instructional design experience. Desired Skills Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong written communication and content development abilities. Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective project management and time management capabilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams. Highly flexible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
