About us Companion Care Veterinary Hospital is a small animal clinic in Lake Charles, LA. Our business is professional, fast-paced and customer-centric and our goal is to provide compassionate pet care and great customer service.

Lively atmosphere On-the-job training Advancement Opportunities A Kennel Technician is needed for our animal clinic. You will be responsible for cleaning kennels, walking and feeding animals while also maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility. This position requires patience and kindness working directly with animals and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to the public. As a Kennel Technician, you should be comfortable with all tasks required in the care of dogs and cats.

Responsibilities:

Clean and disinfect kennel areas, yards and cages. Feed and monitor animals. Perform general record keeping (keeping track of boarder belongings, etc). Maintain facility cleanliness Move boarding pets between owners and facility
