Responsibilities Perform pet coat styling, trimming, bathing, brushing, and drying to meet breed standards and client preferences Handle dogs safely and humanely using proper animal restraint techniques during grooming procedures Conduct pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and other grooming tasks with precision and care Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming requests and provide professional advice on pet care needs Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use Assist with animal handling during grooming sessions, ensuring comfort and safety for every pet Experience Previous experience in pet grooming or animal handling is needed Familiarity with animal restraint, pet care, and animal handling protocols is essential Experience working with companion animals in a professional setting demonstrates strong communication skills with pet owners Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle larger dogs or equipment safely Prior customer service experience helps ensure positive interactions with clients and pet owners Join us to make a difference in the lives of pets and their families!
