Job Description

We're a long-standing local pet care company (serving Concord, Carlisle, Maynard, Acton, and Lincoln, MA since 1998!) made up of animal lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and genuinely kind humans. We value clear communication, showing up when you say you will, and building real relationships with pets and their people. Yes, we take our work seriously•but we also laugh a lot, spend our days outside, and get paid to hang out with some pretty great dogs and cats. We're looking for reliable dog walkers and genuine pet lovers to join our team part-time. If you've cared for animals and want to learn more, we've got you covered with training.

Position available:

10-15 hours/week M-F between the hours of 2:00PM•7:00

PM What You'll Do:

Walk, hike, play with, and care for dogs (and cats!) Visit pets in their home for neighborhood walks and visits, or head out for adventures on local trails Utilize our mobile app for check-ins, updates, and communications during visits

Requirements:

Availability at least 3 weekdays a week, with a 4+ hour block between 2PM-7PM A reliable, insured, pet-friendly car (we supply seatbelts + seat covers) Smartphone with camera, GPS, and internet access Be comfortable driving, walking, and working outdoors in all weather and seasons

Pay & Perks:

$20 to $23 per hour•we pay you hourly + 100% tips Paid mileage + cell phone reimbursement Paid time off after 3 months of employment Flexible scheduling with additional hours available Employee pet care discounts + real on-the-job learning Growth potential in ALL areas of small biz•HR, admin, marketing, training, and beyond Background checks, reference checks, and driving record screening required.

Pay:
