Your Role:

• Provide top-quality grooming services with compassion and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations
• Tailor each groom to the pet's needs and the pet parent's preferences
• Recommend helpful service upgrades like de-shedding, teeth brushing, and nail filing
• Create thoughtful PawScription notes after each visit to support ongoing care
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a 5-star experience from start to finish
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming space

Must-Haves:

• 1+ years of full-time professional grooming experience in a grooming salon setting
• Excellent grooming skills across various breeds and coat types
• Calm, patient demeanor with all pets
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for doing things the right way
• Great communication skills with clients and peers
• Solid understanding of dog behavior and safety protocols
