Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate part time experienced Pet Groomer for Thursday - Saturday . The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and the skills necessary to provide high-quality grooming services. This role involves working closely with pets and their owners, ensuring a positive experience for both. The Pet Groomer will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of various breeds of dogs and other pets, while also providing exceptional customer service. Must have own tools. Duties Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and other pets. Assess the condition of each pet's coat and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques. Handle pets safely and compassionately during grooming sessions, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming needs, services provided, and any health concerns observed during grooming. Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area and equipment to ensure a safe environment for pets. Provide additional services such as ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and skin treatments as needed. Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings. Experience 1 year prior experience in professional grooming is required . Experience in customer service is essential to foster positive relationships with pet owners. Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or equipment is require Large dogs are required This is 50% commission employment.
