Responsibilities Supervise and monitor dogs during play sessions to ensure safe and positive interactions. Assist with dog training exercises to promote good behavior and socialization. Handle dogs safely using proper restraint techniques to prevent injuries or stress. Provide basic pet grooming services such as brushing, bathing, and nail trimming. Support veterinary technicians or assistants with animal care tasks when needed. Maintain cleanliness of the daycare area, including kennels, play zones, and grooming stations. Offer excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets' needs and behaviors. Requirements Prior experience in dog handling, pet sitting, or kennel work is highly preferred. Knowledge of dog training techniques and veterinary experience is a plus. Familiarity with animal restraint methods and general animal care practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for cleaning or moving supplies. Strong communication skills to interact positively with pet owners and team members. Passion for animals with a proactive attitude toward safety and pet well-being.
