Job Description

Dog Boarding/Kennel Assistant :

Parkway Pet Lodge is the largest Dog Boarding, Grooming, and Training facility in Pittsburgh. This is a family-owned business with a friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications
Ideally 1-3 years minimum of working in a kennel or boarding facility Experience with safely handling dogs up to 100lbs or more Competent in reading dog's body language and health Capable of lifting up to 40lbs Strong communication skills Exceptional customer service Positive or optimistic attitude High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree Weekend availability
Job Duties
Cleaning and providing proper care for pets Observing and reporting changes in a dog's behavior or health Handling and taking dogs out for playtimes and walks Setting up food and feeding pets Experience is not mandatory - training is provided

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$10.00 - $14.00 per hour
