Job Description

easy reach from Monaca, Aliquippa, Moon Twp, East Liverpool OH, and Weirton WV) is hiring a full-time groomer for our purpose-built grooming space inside our boarding and daycare resort.

50% commission on our full menu ($65
120 grooms, doodle tier included)
add-ons commission through, tips are 100% yours
$700/week guaranteed minimum for your first 90 days
you will never work for an empty book while you ramp
Clients waiting on day one. Our boarding and daycare clients are pre-booking grooming appointments now
Weekends off
our weekend groomer has Sat/Sun covered
No quotas. No forced upsells. You set a quality pace with your own recurring clients
Pro equipment ready on day one: Romani Clipper Vac System, Hydro Surge bathing system, stainless steel tub, Metro Granddaddy high-velocity dryer, unheated drying-cage rack (we never heat-dry), grooming table
plus a pet lift with harnesses, so the big dogs don't wreck your back. Bring your shears; we've got the rest.
A sunlit, purpose-built grooming room with big windows over the countryside
happy, exercised dogs brought to your table
Work for an owner with 20 years in dog rescue who actually loves the animals What we're looking for:
2+ years professional grooming experience OR a portfolio that proves your finish work
Comfortable with all breeds and coat types, doodles especially
Able to complete 6-8 quality grooms per day once ramped
Reliable transportation to Georgetown, PA Hiring process: short application, 15-minute phone call, then a paid working interview ($150 for a half-day, 3-4 dogs). We move fast
