Overview Join our dynamic mobile pet grooming team as a Mobile Pet Groomer and bring professional grooming services directly to pets and their owners! This energetic role allows you to combine your passion for animals with your skills in pet care, providing convenient, high-quality grooming experiences right at clients' doorsteps. As a vital part of our team, you'll enjoy the flexibility of traveling to different locations while making a positive impact on pets' lives. We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with animals of all shapes and sizes. Responsibilities Provide professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping for a variety of dog breeds and other small animals. Handle animals with care, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process using proper animal restraint techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment for pets. Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and after-care instructions. Manage scheduling appointments efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships. Pet handling during grooming procedures. Lift and carry pets safely, including heavy or larger animals, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury. Skills Proven experience in pet grooming, with knowledge of various coat types and breed-specific styles. 2 years experience in a professional grooming environment. Strong animal handling skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling larger animals or equipment. Excellent customer service skills to communicate clearly and professionally with pet owners. Knowledge of pet care best practices including kennel experience, and animal care standards. Clean driving record.
