Guaranteed Pay + Bonuses (Full-Time) Our full-time groomers enjoy the stability of a guaranteed annual base pay of $60,000 , based on grooming 25 dogs per week , plus: Bonus every pay period Annual performance-based bonus Predictable income with no commission uncertainty Part-time compensation is competitive and based on schedule and production. Excellent Work-Life Balance Full-time groomers enjoy a consistent 4-day work week Part-time schedules available Major holidays observed More time to spend with family, pursue hobbies, or simply recharge Manageable Workload We believe in quality over quantity. Our full-time groomers average 25 dogs per week , allowing you to provide exceptional care without feeling rushed. Safety First We prioritize the safety of both our groomers and our furry clients. We do not accept aggressive dogs or dogs over 90 pounds, creating a lower-stress working environment. Dedicated Reception Support Our full-time receptionist handles phone calls, scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs so you can focus on what you do best—grooming. Sign-On Bonus As a welcome to our team, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified hires.
