Job Description
Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Ability to multitask, jump from task to task, ability to remain calm under busy situations
Requirements:
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in technical sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is preferred
Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Experience in animal care is required This position requires a high level of customer service, technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
