Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Ability to multitask, jump from task to task, ability to remain calm under busy situations

Requirements:

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in technical sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in animal care is required This position requires a high level of customer service, technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
