Part Time Animal Caregiver

- 5:00-8:15PM Wednesday
- 5:00-8:15PM Saturday
- 8:00AM-6:15PM Sunday
- 8:00AM~12:30PM & 4:00PM~5:30PM Part-time animal care staff will rotate off one weekend a month.
Sunday's hours are approximate as it depends on the number of animals in our care Responsibilities Daily care and cleaning of animal housing and supplies Administer medication, including orally, topically, and subcutaneously Monitor daily health of animals in care Perform animal intake exams, including vaccinations Assist the community with incoming stray animals Assist with adoption counseling and adoption paperwork Assist with potty breaking dogs 3 times daily Additional duties as assigned Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay starting at $14.00/hour Paid time off (PTO) Employer provided uniform Employee discounts on goods & services As a WCHS animal care tech, you will work alongside other animal care staff, surgical assistants, veterinarians, and administration staff striving to make a difference in the lives of the pets and community we serve.
