Job Description

Bark Ranger (Dog Daycare Attendant) Do you think every dog deserves to be treated like the main character? Do you know the difference between a play bow and a "please throw the ball again" stare? Do you find yourself talking to dogs more than people? If so, you might be exactly who we're looking for. At Bark Mountain, we're not your typical dog daycare. We believe dogs deserve adventure, enrichment, and people who genuinely care about them. Our Bark Rangers are the heart of everything we do, helping dogs have safe, fun, fulfilling days while building relationships with both our pups and their humans.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising playgroups and ensuring safe, appropriate dog interactions Learning each dog's personality, play style, likes, and dislikes Leading enrichment activities, pool time, games, and adventures Cleaning and sanitizing to keep our facility sparkling Providing exceptional care, attention, and lots of belly rubs Working as part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys coming to work
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Loves dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities ✔ Has a positive attitude and enjoys staying busy ✔ Is dependable and shows up when scheduled ✔ Can work both independently and as part of a team ✔ Is comfortable being outdoors in Alabama weather ✔ Has excellent observation skills and attention to detail ✔ Wants to learn and grow in the animal care industry
